3.3.5 Soft starting of distribution: a good solution to the problem of pipe plugging for awaiting material. When the pump is awaiting material, restart the pumping and the system will automatically switch to the proper starting mode, such as pumping, swinging S pipe, reverse pumping etc, depending on different lengths of waiting time, to fluidize material and prevent the plugging of S pipe or concrete pipe.

3.3.6 Self-adaptive of distribution: the application of electrically controlled C.P. pump improves energy utilization rate and driving force of distribution system. The pressure for distribution system is automatically adjustable between 7-23MPa according to different pumping pressures to pump the concrete of different viscosities and pressures.

3.3.7 High technology performance: large displacement hydraulic pumps supply oil to the pumping hydraulic system. By using this system, not only the reliability of the machine is improved, the performance of the machine is much better. The maximum theoretic concrete output can reach 160m3 per hour, and the maximum pressure can reach 8.3MPa.
