Liquids measuring and supplying system

The liquids measuring and supplying system includes the water
measuring & supplying system and additive(liquid) measuring &
supplying system.The water measuring & supplying system consists of
the water tank (pond), fine measurement water tank, water
pump, water supply pipeline, valve, water measuring device, etc.
The mixing water for use in the mixing plant is pumped at first
from
the water tank and then conveyed into the water measurement hopper
through one big and one small water supply pipelines. When
up to specified measurement values, the water pump will stop
working. At this time, the big water pipeline will stop water
supply to
complete coarse measurement. And the water in the fine measurement
water tank will flow by gravity into the water measurement
hopper through the small water pipeline, when up to prescribed
requirements, the electro-magnetic valve in the small pipeline will
be closed to achieve the purpose of fine measurement. The additive
(liquid) measuring and supplying system has two sets. Each
set consists of the additive storage, valve, pipeline, additive
pump, agitation device, fine measurement hopper and additive
measuring
device. After additives have been evenly agitated, they will be
pipelined to the fine measurement hopper by pump and then split
into
two for entering the additive measurement hopper via two pipelines.
In case of the additive up to specified measurement value,
the pump will stop working. At this time, the main pipeline will
stop additive supply. And the additive in the powder measurement
hopper will flow by gravity from its bottom pipeline into the
additive measuring hopper. If requirement met in prescription, the
electromagnetic valve will be closed to achieve the purpose of fine
measurement. In addition, the flushing interface is provided to
conduct clear water for pipeline flushing so as to avoid pipeline
blockage due to additive crystallization.The liquid measuring
device
consists of the water measuring device and additive measuring
device.
1. Water measuring device
- 11kW booster pump, featuring high pressure and fast water
discharge
- Compensation of unbalanced sensor
- Measurement by coarse and fine scale
The water measuring device consists of the water measuring hopper,
sensor, valve, and booster pump. Its function is to measure
the mixing-used water. The measuring hopper contacts the sensor via
connection seat. The sensor produces signals, and then
outputs and amplifies them. The amplified signals are compared with
pre-set values. In case of the water quantity up to the pre-set,
water supply will stop to complete water measurement. In case of
the mixer requiring water addition, the valve at the water
measuring
hopper bottom will open automatically. At the same time, the
booster pump will start up to pump water into the mixing drum,
supplying
water for mixing as well as for mixing shaft & drum liner flushing.
2 .Additive measurement device
-Compensation of unbalanced sensor.
-Pumping by stainless steel pump.
-Measurement by coarse and fine scales
After the additive measuring hopper has contacted the sensor via
connection seat, the sensor produces signals, outputs and amplifies
them. The amplified signals are compared with pre-set values. If
requirements met, the additive pump will stop working. After
automatic
opening of the valve at the additive measuring hopper bottom, the
additives will flow directly into already measured water scale
hopper.
